50mm core drill

Choosing a core drill bit can be a difficult decision to make, and there are several factors to consider. The drill you select can help to ensure that you have a strong and lasting tool that you can use for many years. The drill you purchase should be composed of high-quality materials so that it can withstand heavy use.

Sintered diamond core drills

Sintered diamond core drill bit have greater advantages than plated core drills. For starters, they are more efficient and have a longer lifespan. Second, their cutting capabilities are higher. Third, they can drill holes through hard, brittle materials. Finally, they are more long-lasting and less expensive.

A metal/diamond matrix is used to create sintered diamond core drills. They are laser-bonded to a drill and can be used dry or wet. They also operate best when the drill is fed from the middle. They can also be utilized with a straight shank adaptor.

Non-core drills have a low working efficiency and poor cutting quality. The current innovation seeks to address these problems.

A V-type relief and a robust big particle diamond are used in the present invention. These two features are employed to improve the hole's quality. The depression formed at the tip surface of the grinding wheel assembly creates the V-type relief. It reveals the diamond piece at the relief's base. Furthermore, the tough large particle diamond is positioned at the recess's bottom.

A hole cleaning pump is also included in the current invention. This pump includes a shrink tube for a secure connection. It can be used to clean a hole in material thicker than 10 mm.
