The wire rope core barrel is used when the core is taken to a greater depth, mainly because it eliminates the need to connect and disconnect the rod column each time the core is taken. The overshot device falls on the cable and is directly connected to the inner tube assembly, allowing quick core removal after each core run. Dcdma sizes B, N, h and P are available.
